2 slices of wholegrain bread (60 g in total)
4 slices of turkey deli (about 40 g)
1 tsp honey
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tomato
20 g goat cheese
Spinach leaves

Method - 10 minutes
- Mix the mustard with the honey and spread on the bread. Top up with the turkey, tomato, goat cheese, and spinach leaves.
