Cancel Subscription
The absolute easiest and safest way to do this is directly yourself in the app. By cancelling the subscription on your own, you will receive an immediate confirmation on your screen and can rest assured that the cancellation has gone through, without having to wait for manual handling from support.
How to do it in the app:

Or navigate through the menu:
- Open the app and go to Settings (the gear icon).
- Click on Subscription.
- Select your active subscription and click Cancel subscription.
- Follow the steps on the screen until you see a confirmation.
Please note that you will keep access to your services for the entire duration you have already paid for. You can find information about your exact end date directly in the app under Settings > Subscription.
If your commitment period has ended
When you cancel your subscription, a 30-day notice period applies, in accordance with the terms approved when you started the service. You can read more about our full membership terms on our website – you will find the link at the very bottom in the footer. Your subscription will therefore end completely 30 days after you have completed the cancellation in the app. Throughout the notice period, you will of course continue to have full access to the service.
If you still have a commitment period remaining
If your subscription is subject to a commitment period, this remains valid for the entire agreed duration. The cancellation is registered immediately, but the subscription will not end until the commitment period expires. Until then, you will continue to have access to the service according to your subscription plan.
If you change your mind about the cancellation
You always have the option to undo a cancellation as long as the notice period is still running. You can easily do this by going to Settings > Subscription in the app and clicking "I want to continue my subscription". The cancellation will then be aborted immediately, and your subscription will continue as usual.
