Brownie Balls

Made from sweet dates, rich cocoa, and a boost of protein, they deliver all the chocolate satisfaction of a brownie—without the guilt. The roasted buckwheat adds a subtle crunch, while a coating of dark chocolate and a sprinkle of sea salt take them to irresistible heights.

Brownie Balls
Serves: 15 balls
Time: 30 minutes + 30 minutes chilling
INGREDIENTS:
- 200 g dates, pitted
- 70 g chocolate whey protein (2 scoops)
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 160 g roasted buckwheat
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 100 g dark chocolate (85%)
METHOD:
- Dry roast buckwheat 5–7 minutes until golden, let cool.
- Blend dates into a paste. Add protein, cocoa, and salt; blend again.
- Fold in roasted buckwheat, form 15 balls.
- Chill for 10 minutes to firm.
- Dip balls in melted chocolate, sprinkle with flaky salt.
- Chill at least 30 minutes to set.
